  • Own the end-to-end crossover product line — quotation, design, manufacturing, quality, and invoicing — converting 50+ Rapid Response field requests per month into fully validated, manufacturing-ready deliverables.
  • Authored the group's Local Streamlined Process (LSP): the definitive end-to-end procedure now governing every crossover, sub, and test-cap order across the segment — standardizing execution and cutting turnaround.
  • Architected and deployed engineering automation in Creo and MathCAD (auto-generated 3D models, drawings, notes, and QSS calculations), driving six-figure digitization savings and slashing design lead times.
