Overview
Multi-tenant commerce intelligence SaaS that unifies store sales, advertising, customer, product, inventory, checkout, and cost data into one source-aware workspace. Merchants compare shops and channels, understand contribution margin and marketing efficiency, and monitor stock and data issues — with every metric showing its source, freshness, and calculation status.
Challenge
Ecommerce operators run their numbers across a dozen disconnected dashboards, with no trustworthy view of true profit — and no way to tell estimated figures from real ones across multiple shops.
Solution
Built a multi-tenant Next.js platform on Supabase Postgres/Auth with Trigger.dev background jobs, Shopify OAuth, and Razorpay subscriptions — normalising sales, ad, and cost data into one source-aware model that flags unavailable inputs instead of estimating them.
Outcome
A single workspace where teams compare shops and channels on net sales, contribution margin, ad spend, and MER, with role-based access and a data-health layer that surfaces stale data and failed syncs before they mislead a decision.
Key Highlights
- •Compares sales, profit, customers, and inventory across multiple shops — net sales, contribution margin, ad spend, MER, and product-level results in a single view
- •Integrates Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Amazon, GoKwik, and Dcluttr, keeping attributed ad revenue cleanly separated from store sales
- •Surfaces stock risks, stale data, failed syncs, and reconciliation issues through a dedicated data-health layer, with owner/admin/analyst/viewer roles per workspace
