A complete 3D printing and design operation covering product ideation, CAD and STL preparation, slicer configuration, printer calibration, production troubleshooting, and direct-to-customer fulfilment. DKN Prints publishes a growing catalogue of designs on Cults3D and accepts custom print and design commissions.
Challenge
Designing printable products that are both visually appealing and structurally reliable across consumer FDM printers — then building a brand and fulfilment workflow around them.
Solution
Developed a design-to-delivery pipeline in Fusion 360 and SolidWorks, optimised prints for PrusaSlicer and Cura, and published the brand on Cults3D with direct custom-order commissions.
Outcome
247 published designs on Cults3D with consistent downloads, plus a custom-commission and print-ready STL service running end-to-end without external dependencies.
